Founder & Principal Wealth Advisor

Wilson is a Finance & Management graduate of Montclair State University who launched his career at Goldman Sachs (The Ayco Company L.P.). After early success in corporate finance, he pivoted to his true passion: helping entrepreneurs, executives, and high-growth individuals build and protect wealth.
Today, Wilson's team leads clients through personalized financial planning and private wealth management, backed by WM Private Wealth’s cutting-edge resources and specialist network across investments, business, estate, and insurance planning.
A New Jersey native and Spanish speaker, Wilson stays active in his community through sports, having previously played for Montclair State University’s Men’s Soccer Team and was the East Coast Regional Director for the Nike Elite Soccer Program.
When he's not working, Wilson is happily outnumbered at home — proudly obsessed with his two daughters and fully embracing life as a "professional girl dad."

Al is a New Jersey native and graduate of Rutgers Business School, where he built a strong foundation in business and marketing. As a licensed insurance professional, he helps entrepreneurs, business owners, and professional athletes implement protection-based strategies aligned with their personal and professional goals.
His academic journey began in Florida before transferring back to NJ, giving him a versatile and grounded outlook. Fluent in English and Spanish, Al builds meaningful relationships across a diverse client base with clarity and care.
While he does not currently provide financial planning or investment advice, Al works closely with the firm’s lead advisor—supporting client discussions, preparing meeting materials, and contributing to the planning process. He’s deepening his expertise as he works toward future credentials.
Before joining WM Private Wealth, Al led a successful e-commerce business and was passionate about educating others on digital assets and decentralized platforms—experiences that sharpened his entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking.
Outside the office, Al enjoys traveling, fitness, and fishing. He’s committed to helping clients build long-term confidence, meeting them where they are and growing with them every step of the way.

Linda, a Philadelphia native, brings almost 3 decades of experience in the wealth management industry to WM Private Wealth. She began her career in 1997 with humble beginnings—helping her advisor with filing—and quickly discovered a passion for the client service side of wealth management. Linda spent the bulk of her career at Morgan Stanley, where she held Series 7, 63, 64, and 24 licenses and supported high-performing advisory teams across multiple regions.
Known for her reliability, warmth, and meticulous attention to client needs, Linda has built a reputation for delivering exceptional client service. Her ability to manage complex account operations, streamline communication, and create a seamless client experience makes her an invaluable member of the WM Private Wealth team.
In 2017, Linda relocated to San Jose, California, to join Morgan Stanley’s Cupertino office and be closer to her grandsons. She returned to New Jersey in 2021 to retire—but quickly realized she missed the meaningful work and relationships that come with being part of a trusted advisory team. After connecting with Wilson, it became clear her next chapter was meant to be with WM Private Wealth.
Today, Linda lives in Hillsborough, NJ, with her beloved dog, Benji, and cat, Cleo, and enjoys spending more time with her granddaughter. Outside of work, she loves crochet, reading, and visiting her children and grandchildren across the country.

Client Service Manager

As the newest member of the WM Private Wealth team, Aimee serves as the initial touchpoint for clients at the front of our office. She is a secondary point of contact for both Al and Linda and assists in the opening of accounts, maintaining client files, and supports the team on all fronts.
A native of San Antonio, Texas, Aimee earned her A.B. in English at Princeton University. She began her career in Advertising in the entertainment and publishing fields in Los Angeles and New York City before returning to school to pursue her doctorate at the University of Connecticut.
When her twin girls decided to make a very early arrival, Aimee pivoted from her graduate work to stay-at-home parenting, and spent the next several years raising her three favorite people in the world. In her free time she volunteered in her community and kept busy with part-time work.
As an animal lover, Aimee volunteered as an online marketing manager for an NPO Animal Rescue in Austin, Texas. She also returned to her Alma mater for a few years to read applications for the next generation of Princeton Tigers. Aimee currently lives in Belle Mead, NJ, where she enjoys tennis, gardening, baking and spending time with her family and her ridiculous dachshund puppies.
